The director was kind and explained things in a gentle tone. He showed me photos of the process of the nose surgery. Looking at reviews of similar noses, everyone's lines were very natural. I also wanted a safe, natural line rather than something flashy. He said that if you move during surgery at all, it is impossible and that general anesthesia is necessary. That probably means my nose is indeed a difficult one to operate on. The price is expensive, but it is a hospital whose director feels trustworthy.
