Swelling on day 20 after revision rhinoplasty for a nose that looks long

Until yesterday, I was seriously debating a nose after-service revision... I cried several times a day ㅠㅠ And kept pestering my friends with before-and-after photos~

This was my revision surgery, 4 years after my first surgery haha I think my nose was a long upturned nose..? something like that..

Raised the columella length upward Raised the nasal tip height - autologous costal cartilage Lowered the glabella position (height left the same) - silicone Internal incision of the nostrils/alar area (I think it was an incision inside the nose?? It seems smaller but I can't see the stitches) Because it had a droopy arrow-nose feel, muscle incision Scar tissue at the nasal tip? I told them I had rhinitis

At week 2, I saw the director and said my nose looks long and big.. like bunny nostrils.. I’d rather it became an upturned nose.. And the director said making it into an upturned nose is simple, and told me not to worry.. So I decided to trust the director and wait (the director is so kind ㅠ)

Now it’s day 20, and the swelling has gone down a lot, so I’m getting a bit hopeful It’s embarrassing, but I’m like, Seo Ye-ji’s nose..? Han Ga-in..? and stuff like thatㅋ

Compared with my first surgery (silicone, septal cartilage) > the second surgery (silicone, autologous costal cartilage) has swelling that lasts longer (Did I ask for too much;; lol) I hope the nasal bridge volume goes down and the nostrils become symmetrical The side view is pretty, but there’s swelling from the front ㅠ If it gets a bit prettier, I’ll post another photo review then :)
