First of all, the hospital atmosphere feels really clean and organized. I went in to consult about removing my nose implant, and they said to leave some cartilage and cover it with AlloDerm. It seems they don't really do full removal, and they prefer either placing a thin silicone implant or leaving some cartilage. The consultation was very thorough, and if not for the price, I think I would have done it here It was just too expensive, so I gave up.....
