I don't recommend a consultation if it's for a first surgery for cosmetic purposes It seems like everyone goes there for revisions What's really interesting is that I went for a consultation once when he was at 101, and back then he had a very lively personality This time was a re-consultation, but to the point where I wondered if he was the same person His personality was completely different He just said something like there probably wouldn't be much difference.. and he seemed to have no intention of doing the rhinoplasty It just wasn't helpful It felt like a waste of money and time. I recommend only people with extremely difficult revision noses go!
