I visited for a consultation for nose revision surgery, and even though I went without an appointment, I was thankfully able to consult. At first I consulted with the manager, then with the director, and they said they would use autologous costal cartilage, fascia, and dermis from the buttock, which felt a little burdensome and scary.. After consulting with the director, I talked with the manager again, and it felt a bit commercial, like the director was being praised very highly for surgical skill and the same-day surgery booking was being strongly pushed, so I didn’t really like that
