I had a nose surgery consultation with Director GYT. He explained things while showing me photos of post-op results, which gave me confidence since he specializes only in nose surgery. I also liked that instead of recommending lots of extra things, he only mentioned exactly what was necessary. The price was a bit higher than I expected, and it seemed like there are many foreign patients too.
