Had a consultation with Director Kang Eun-taek. I currently have 5-6 mm silicone inserted and am looking into revision surgery because I’m dissatisfied with the shape. Replace with 4 mm silicone; because my nasal septum is small, surgery would be difficult using septal cartilage. If I wanted to be more ambitious, autologous costal cartilage could be used, but for the degree of improvement I want, surgery would also be possible with ear cartilage. Sedation anesthesia is used, and the surgery time is about 3 to 3 and a half hours. They said if I send photos of the nose I want in advance before surgery, the director will refer to them during surgery. They said the director personally does all progress checks. Injections and lasers are provided free of charge, and the after-service period is 2 years. Based on reviews and explanations, I felt that the nose shape the director creates is the style that best matches my aesthetic needs. Natural, not excessive, not pointy, that kind of style.. Putting the estimate together: silicone replacement + nostril reduction + osteotomy + ear cartilage + alar cartilage repositioning -> 6.93 million won. If booking on the same day, it is 6.3 million, and they said there is an additional discount if participating in the review event I felt that both the director and the consultant were thorough in checking the current condition of my nose and understanding my needs. The fact that the consultation order was director consultation first also made me feel the director was meticulous. I also liked that they do not use autologous costal cartilage or septal cartilage.. I also felt that the consultant was trying to understand as many of the patient’s needs as possible between the director and the patient. I don’t think I need to go to other hospitals anymore, and once I confirm the timing, I think I’ll have surgery here
