In the places I consulted, everyone talked about rib cartilage, but only here did they say it was possible with septal cartilage and ear cartilage alone! I liked that they were trying to do only the parts that were truly necessary without overdoing it, and they tried to match my needs as much as possible. They said the doctor personally does all the aftercare, so there would be almost no visible scar. But compared with the doctor, the manager was really kind. They also knew the surgical method well and explained the consultation in great detail. The only disappointing part was that the consultation manager handled all the overall details while the doctor seemed to just receive the information, so it was hard to feel fully confident about the surgery.
