I had revision rhinoplasty after 8 years. No one knew I had surgery, and my nasal tip and columella had disappeared; it looked low, and the shape wasn’t pretty... it was a botched nose. This time, while getting revision surgery, the deviated septum that developed after the previous surgery was also corrected a bit. Since my skin is thin, they placed artificial dermis over the silicone and made the nasal tip with costal cartilage. I’m only one month post-op, so the line isn’t pretty because of the dermis, but it’ll get prettier with time, rightㅠ Like 1
