He said not to shave down the hump, just do the tip, and was certain that because he would stitch the septum to the alar cartilage, the tip would never droop. But while the consultation was kind, it did not feel very detailed. They said the surgery would take only an hour, which made me wonder if that wasn't too short. The facilities and the staff's kindness were good.
