Because it was revision surgery, I looked into it more sensitively, but after the consultation, I felt expectation and trust that they would do it as close as possible to the direction I wanted, so I had the surgery. I removed the silicone and used ear cartilage to reposition the nasal tip. My original nasal bridge was not low, so after removal, it actually became more naturally pretty. I also liked the postoperative care (the director checked it personally, swelling laser), and they made a refined yet natural-looking shape that suited my nose, so the front and side views improved a lot too.
