Since it was revision surgery, I looked into it more sensitively, and after getting a consultation, I felt expectation and trust that they would do it as much as possible in the direction I wanted, so I had the surgery. I had the silicone removed and used ear cartilage to reposition the nasal tip. My original nasal bridge was not low, so after removal it actually became prettier in a more natural way. I also liked the post-op care (the director personally checked on me, swelling laser), and since they made a naturally glamorous shape that suited my nose, both the front and side views improved a lot.
