I visited for a consultation for revision surgery on my eyes and nose, and the staff were kind. I got a consultation for my eyes with Dr. Shin and for my nose with Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim was kind and explained well how the surgery would be done, and Dr. Shin was a little colder than Dr. Kim, but I still think it would be okay to get it done there.
