<Day 8><Day 9> Before <Before surgery> I thought about it and hesitated so much before finally getting the surgery!! I'm posting this in hopes it will help~
The surgery included the nasal tip, short nose, and nasal bridge.
For the nasal tip, ear cartilage was used, and for short-nose correction, donated costal cartilage was used, along with columellar cartilage to make the support a bit stronger. Also, things like deviated-nose correction weren't included in the planned procedure, but while straightening the nasal bridge, somehow the deviated nose correction and rhinitis issue were also resolved..?!
After surgery On day 1, I wasn't swollen and it only throbbed, but from day 2, I swelled so much I couldn't open my eyes, and the splint and cotton packing made it hard. Day 3 was hell. When they removed the cotton packing, it was wedged in so tightly that it wouldn't come outㅜㅜ Sigh.. it really hurt so much then. After the cotton was removed, I think it became a battle against oily skin and stuffiness. Somehow I held out, and on day 7 they removed the splint. My current condition is that as long as I don't touch it, it feels fine, and if I keep my head lowered for a long time, it feels stiff and heavy.
My nose improved the way I wanted, so it feels amazing and I'm satisfied! I hope it keeps going like thisㅜㅠ
