5 years ago I had Missko alar reduction. Under local anesthesia. They pushed me a little to make an appointment that same day. On the day of surgery, people around me cursed at me, saying I had become a rat nose. I looked in the mirror in the hospital bathroom and deeply regretted it, and after time passed and the threads dissolved, I just lived with a small nose. But 2 years ago, while going around for nose surgery consultations, I was scolded for having reduced my alars too much (I never asked for them to be made that narrow). Not a good memory. My younger sibling, who only had Missko, was very satisfied.
