My appointment was at 1 o'clock, and I think I arrived around 12:30. I had a CT scan and finished consulting with the manager, and it was time to consult with the director, but they said he was in surgery and asked me to wait 30 minutes. I waited, but it kept getting delayed, so I think I had the consultation around 2:30. Personally, since I ended up waiting more than an hour just for the director, I felt a bit reluctant to have surgery here.
