As soon as I walked into the hospital, there were almost only men there, which was surprising. The reservation system was solid, so I liked that I could get a consultation right away without waiting. I had a consultation with Director Kim Hyeong-rok, and he was kind and really put effort into the consultation. He kept making the double-eyelid line over and over until I was satisfied, while explaining it, and for the nose there were already containers with various silicones laid out in front, so he explained it while I tried them directly on my nose. One surgical method different from other hospitals was that because I have strong lip muscles and my nose drops downward when I smile, they would slightly cut the muscle just below the nose? It was my first time hearing that, so it was novel. After the consultation, the director must have been busy, because he greeted me and then hurried out. I was satisfied with the consultation with the director, but the problem was the consultation with the manager.. Among all the other hospitals I visited, this was the first person who explained things in such a confusing and difficult way.. By the time I heard the cost explanation, I was spacing out without noticing. I wondered if I was the weird one, so I looked at the acquaintance who was with me, and they were spacing out too hahaha It was clearly Korean, but..? So I asked several times because I didn’t understand, and she gave a small sigh and looked at me as if asking how I couldn’t understand this, which really threw me off because it was the first time I’d met a manager like that. Anyway, I trusted the director, so I left after only paying the same-day reservation deposit, saying I’d think about the surgery. (The same-day reservation deposit is 100% refundable)
