I deducted one star from my expectations for surgery not for any other reason, but because since they prioritize safety, it probably won’t be a fully dramatic doll-like line, so I took off one star.
They seem to design things in a classy, sophisticated, and safe way, so I booked surgery and came away trusting them with it!
