It’s been a little over 3 weeks since I had surgery at ㄱㅇㅈ: glabellar fascia, cartilage repositioning, alar reduction, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I think the nose shape came out nicely, but the nasal tip still seems very swollen and firm, and my philtrum is slightly lifted, so I kind of look like a mouse or a monkey. Early after surgery, I barely had any swelling or bruising, so I thought there was almost no swelling, but the round, firm, cherry-tomato-like swelling at the nasal tip is all swelling, right? I hope it goes down soon ㅜㅜ
My friend said it looks much better after doing it, but from the side it still looks like only the nasal tip has been pulled out like a marlin, so it still looks awkward. Still, they said it’s much better, so I’m just waiting day by day for the swelling to go down ㅠ Time is going really, really slowly. Every day, the nose shape seems to be slightly, very subtly? different, and it also seems different in the morning and evening.
The biggest problem is that people seem to notice I had nose surgery ㅠ Complete strangers don’t know, but people I already knew seem to look closely, and close friends say my nose has become pointier. My previous nose had very wide, spread-out nostrils and was a droopy nose, so I think they notice because of that, but I had hoped no one would notice at all, so that’s disappointing haha. It seems like many people say they didn’t see much frontal improvement when they did it without an implant, but I also had alar reduction, and my nose was spread out before, so maybe that’s why I saw a very big improvement from the front.
I think it would be better not to meet people for a while because I’m worried they’ll whisper about it ㅠ Sigh, anyway, this awkwardness right now is swelling, right? Even when I search posts in this community, there are comments saying the shape is mostly set around 3 weeks, so I’m worried ㅠㅠ It looks natural in photos, but in person there are parts that look awkward. Still, the clinic was so good that even if I did it again, I’d do it here.
