The atmosphere is about proceeding in a natural, improvement-focused direction, without doing anything excessive. In my opinion, I think the effect would probably be maximized for someone who originally has slight shortcomings and needs improvement. The consultation was very detailed. They answered detailed questions, and although they were not exactly warm, they spoke with me seriously and with concern.
