I had a consultation about 5 years ago. They also charged a consultation fee, and I went in much later than the promised time. The doctor looked at my nose and insulted me by saying my nose had collapsed.. I know I'm not pretty, but did they really have to say it that way? They did not properly explain the surgical details either. They confidently said I would come back within 2 years.. I did not go back after seeing the doctor's attitude.
