Hello. About a year ago, I had surgery with 7 mm silicone, osteotomy, nostril reduction, and the nasal tip using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I'm worried about side effects and want to remove the silicone. After removal, I want to make the nasal tip as pretty as possible to match the nasal bridge, using autologous costal cartilage, septal cartilage, or ear cartilage. But my original nose was very low, so if I remove the silicone, will it go back to my original nose? Or will it be a third kind of nose somewhere between my surgically altered nose and my original nose? If there is no inflammation, I don't plan to remove the capsule. If anyone has already had it removed or is in a similar situation to me, please let me know.
