The director does feel professional. They showed actual cases and explained the surgery fairly diligently But I kind of agree with reviews saying there isn’t much back-and-forth rapport.. Since I came because I had concerns, I think it’s necessary to some extent for the doctor to recommend, from a medical perspective, whether it would be effective or whether it would be good to do this, but rather than that, here it strongly felt like if you want to do it, do it, and if you don’t, don’t. It felt like they were uninterested in my face?? When I asked questions, they did answer fairly well, but it felt a bit blunt and like they only said what they needed to say The consultant was very kind, there was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit, and I could feel their pride. The clinic is very quiet!
