The director does seem professional. He also showed actual cases and explained the surgery fairly diligently. But I do somewhat agree with reviews saying the back-and-forth communication doesn’t work well.. Since I came in with concerns, I think it’s necessary to some extent for the doctor to look from a medical perspective and recommend whether something would be effective or whether it would be good to do it. But rather than that, this place had a strong vibe of, if you want to do it, do it; if you don’t, don’t. It felt like they were indifferent to my face?? If I asked questions, he did answer fairly well, but he felt a bit blunt and like he only said what needed to be said. The consultant was very kind, there was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit, and I could feel their pride. The hospital is very quiet!
