Consultant ㅇㅇㅎ gave a very long and detailed consultation, and she felt sincere, as if she were treating family or an acquaintance, so I trusted her. I was especially satisfied because she explained the surgical process and method in detail for over 30 minutes.
The director was not the type to proactively explain everything first. So I think it would be good to study in advance before the consultation and prepare questions before going. I also directly asked him to look at the nerve line, and it was somewhat disappointing that he did not explain it in detail first. However, since he has operated the hospital in one place for a long time, I trusted him for his skill and reputation. Also, he gave clear answers without dodging questions about how complications would be handled, so I gained trust regarding my top priority, which was “minimizing complications.”
After seeing the consultant’s professional consultation and the director’s experience, I decided after long consideration to have surgery at this hospital.
