The staff are very kind. The director looks very busy. I also waited quite a while, and even though I hadn’t asked what I was curious about, they seemed to try to wrap things up quickly right away, so I couldn’t ask enough questions before letting them go. I’m debating because I’m worried they might also do the surgery roughly and in a rush.
