I had a consultation with Director Park Yu-gil. I currently have 5–6 mm silicone inserted, but I don’t like the shape, so I’m looking into revision surgery. He said it could be replaced with 3–4 mm silicone, and the nasal septum would be used to build the support column; if there isn’t enough septal cartilage, ear cartilage could be used. Alar reduction and bulbous nose correction are also included. He said costal cartilage is possible for patients who want a definite correction, but since I said I would prefer not to use costal cartilage if possible, we decided to proceed with a silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage combination. The estimate is 6.8 million KRW, but he said discounts for things like a selfie review or same-day payment could bring it down to as low as 5.8 million KRW. For postoperative care, they reportedly provide swelling care, sebum care, and so on. The clinic interior has an Instagram-like vibe, and there were really a lot of patients. Still, the waiting time wasn’t long, and all the staff were kind. The director is young, but his explanations were detailed and professional, and he seemed confident about surgery.
