1. Went to ask about cheekbones. The doctor recommended Noble Cat, a noble surgery rather than cheekbone surgery (well, okay).
2. The manager pressured me to pay a deposit on the same day (said if I only came for a consultation and didn’t make a same-day reservation, what if I didn’t get surgery? From here on, it started to feel a bit questionable).
3. I went home and googled Noble Cat, and found reviews and follow-up outcomes that I never heard about during the consultation. (You can find them by googling. Tistory blog posts.)
4. So the next day I called to cancel the reservation. The surgery date was still more than a month away. But they said they wouldn’t refund the surgery deposit because it was for the 3D printer fee. (1,000,000 won)
5. I filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency, but for the same reason as in #4, they still wouldn’t refund the 1,000,000 won.
1100000 won gone in a day including the consultation fee haha. Just so you know.
