Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

I got protruding mouth, square jaw, and cheekbone surgery, day 5

I had a severe complex about my protruding mouth, so I had orthodontic treatment, but even after doing it, the issue was my gums protruding, so there was a limit. Whenever I took side-profile photos, it bothered me so much that my mouth looked like it was sticking out, and I wanted to get rid of the pouty-looking expression too, so in the end I decided to do protruding mouth surgery and looked into it. I also did square jaw, cheekbones, and eyes and nose together. A complete major reconstruction.

For my square jaw, I had lost a huge amount of weight, and then after extracting my impacted wisdom teeth, my square jaw showed more clearly, and one side of my jaw was bigger? I also had asymmetry, so I wanted to correct it together. And for my cheekbones, I had worn glasses since I was young, so I lived without knowing my cheekbones were large, but after LASIK, once I stopped wearing glasses, the cheekbones I hadn’t noticed became visible, and I became concerned about my overall facial line. Because of the job I want, I need to give people a sense of trust, but image-wise that wasn’t happening at all, and I think it kept lowering my confidence and self-esteem.. So I made a big decision and had surgery to change my image and also get rid of the complex I’d been carrying. I had surgery 5 days ago, and when I opened my eyes I was in the recovery room, so rather than pain, it felt stuffy and my throat was the driest. Also, because I did my nose at the same time, I had to breathe through my mouth, which was uncomfortable..ㅜ There was less pain than I expected, and maybe because of the swelling, my mouth wouldn’t close, so when I ate, it kept dribbling.. It was hard haha Also a lot of phlegm mixed with blood came up, and because I was breathing through my mouth, it was uncomfortable to talk and I couldn’t pronounce words properly. My mom went to the hospital with me, but communication was impossible ㅠㅠ

Still, now I’ve been going to the hospital for care and treatment, and after getting through several days well, it’s livable and I’ve improved! Since it was a major surgery, I thought recovery would be slow and it would hurt a lot, but it was more bearable than I expected, and even with swelling, it’s very obvious that my mouth went in, so I feel happy. I think my overall impression will change a lot, and the swelling has really come up so I don’t know the final result well yet, but I think the square jaw asymmetry I had has improved too!!! I’m still getting used to my changed face and mouth shape because they feel unfamiliar, but right now reducing swelling and recovering are the priority, so that’s all I’m thinking about. I want to recover quickly and eat lots of different delicious meals, ha..
