I went in intending to get a Noble Cat consultation, but they said that if I had anterior cheekbone augmentation, the nose would look relatively lower, so I should do my nose together as well. I knew too little about plastic surgery and was drawn in by YouTube CT numbers that felt objective, so I almost paid right after the consultation. Also, I recently saw a post saying this clinic does not refund the 1 million won reservation deposit, so when paying a deposit, make sure to ask whether it is refundable before paying!
In the end, because I was worried about movement of the silicone implant for nasolabial fold augmentation, I had Gore-Tex nasolabial fold augmentation, which does not move much. But Gore-Tex has a higher inflammation rate than silicone. Right now it feels like I have a ticking time bomb beside both sides of my nose, not knowing when it might go off. It is just probability anyway, but I am scared for no reason If I have to remove it later because of inflammation, I think I will switch to silicone. Of course, silicone has a risk of moving. But I heard there are surgical techniques to keep silicone implants from shifting out of position too. Look into it carefully!!
