I went for a consultation while considering surgery for a hump nose and a crooked nose. I consulted with Director JJJ, and he kindly and specifically answered the questions I had prepared. His preferred surgical approach matched mine in most respects, but he said it might be better not to do the functional part, so I hesitated a little over that.
