It was done as an in-person consultation, and after taking a CT scan, we looked at it together while consulting. The director’s way of speaking is a bit cynical, but it didn’t particularly feel unfriendly. It was a bit disappointing that he didn’t say my face would have a major effect, but I’m satisfied because it helped me see things objectively rather than having excessive expectations.
