It was done as an in-person consultation, and after taking a CT scan, we looked at it together during the consultation. The director’s way of speaking is cynical, but it didn’t particularly feel unfriendly. It was a bit disappointing that they didn’t say my face would have a dramatic effect, but I was satisfied because they helped me view it objectively rather than having excessive expectations.
