The doctor explained things calmly and well, and I felt a lot of trust. I went for an eye consultation, and when I said I had dry eyes, he told me to go to an ophthalmology clinic first, which felt very considerate and human.. But I couldn't really hear the surgery explanation properly, and I ended up hearing only about the eye clinic, so I think I'll go to another hospital. There were quite a lot of older people there too. The consultation manager was also really kind; I could feel they were sincerely worried about me~~
