The consultation felt like it lasted less than 5 minutes, so it was extremely short. The way he spoke was polite, but I guess I should say it was a mechanical kind of politeness? He felt very robotic. He just briefly said this needed to be done, then asked twice whether I had any questions, and I could feel that he wanted to finish quickly.
