I had a consultation for revision double-eyelid surgery. They checked my eye condition by having me blink a few times, then suggested the surgical method and recommended a better option. The consultation manager also listened well and explained things kindly, like a neighborhood older sister, which was nice. However, I don’t want ptosis correction, but they said I would need that too, so I’m torn.. For now, the director and manager were kind, and I liked the aftercare, so I’m planning to keep them on my shortlist and think it over.
