Before surgery, I had talked with the director about opening the inner corners only a little so the epicanthoplasty wouldn’t be noticeable, but maybe because I did it together with my nose, it was cut more than I expected, so my impression changed to look a bit cold(?) and sharp. If I remove the 1-2 mm silicone in my nose, will the eyes look less close together? Is epicanthoplasty restoration expensive, and does it have a high chance of failure?
