After nostril lowering, because of a side effect from cartilage grafting, scar tissue inside my nose made breathing very uncomfortable. It shows when I lie down or lift my head, so people around me even ask if something is stuck inside my nostril, and it looks unclean. The nostrils definitely do come down, but it creates another problem. The hospital said it would improve over time, but it hasn’t gone away for 3 years.
