I had a consultation with the chief director~ It was for a revision surgery, and I went because of sausage-like swelling and scar tissue, and overall I was satisfied. It was receptionist > director > receptionist, and there was a bit of a wait. Both the receptionist and the director were kind, which I liked. The director picked up well on what I wanted and explained everything. They were honest and said it would probably be difficult to remove all the scar tissue. They explained in detail which parts of the line or feeling might not come out the way I wanted and what would make it come out right. They also explained in detail the cause of the problem with my eyes. It felt trustworthy and satisfying.
