I went for a consultation for nose surgery, and I’m a man. It went in this order: coordinator > [Doctor A] > coordinator. I took front and side photos and discussed with the coordinator what kind of result I wanted.
After that, [Doctor A] directly touched and examined my nose and even looked inside, then asked what kind of result I wanted. When I explained the style I wanted, they said it would be done like this and gave a detailed explanation. There were a few other treatment methods, but they did not push them on me and said we could do them only if I wanted them, so there was no pressure. (I did not particularly want them, so I passed.)
After the consultation with [Doctor A] ended, the coordinator explained the surgery details and pricing. I had heard the surgery here was expensive, but the quote was not very different from what I had gotten at another clinic. When I asked whether costal cartilage would be necessary (because I wanted a more dramatic nose), they said if I wanted a really strong lift, they would recommend it, but since what I was asking for did not seem to be that extreme, they would not particularly recommend it.
Neither the coordinator nor [Doctor A] felt pushy or sales-like, and they were kind. Before coming here, they asked which other clinics I had visited, and when I told them, they said it was important to keep looking around and choose the place that felt right.
