The doctor is not exactly the very kind type. He speaks calmly but gives very blunt, spicy reality checks. I had the consultation right after the doctor finished surgery, but there was a slight issue with the surgery so it got delayed, and the staff apologized and asked me to wait.
It was my first surgery, and because of work I wanted the fastest recovery possible, so I said I wanted buried-suture double eyelid surgery with an in-out line. He said absolutely not to an in-out line; if it’s set high, my eyelids are thick so it would become sausage-like, and it should be made thin, like an inner double eyelid.
I’m in my 20s now, but he said that to solve my eye issue I would need a forehead lift… lololololol. He said incision would not necessarily solve it, but about 80% could be improved now. He roughly made some lines for me, but I didn’t like any of the lines he made…
Maybe because it was right after surgery and there had been an issue that caused a delay, he looked tired.
