They gave a realistic consultation. They clearly distinguished what was possible and what was not. Through Photoshop, they sufficiently explained the process of change and the reasons as well. (I was satisfied with this part.) The director seems to have quite firm personal standards of beauty. It seems like they also proceed with surgery as minimally as possible. The director and all the staff are kind.
