They gave realistic consultation. They clearly distinguished what is possible and what is not, and through Photoshop, they sufficiently explained the process of change and the reasons. (I was satisfied with this part.) The director seems to have a firm personal standard of beauty. It also seems like they proceed with surgery as minimally as possible. The director and all the staff are kind.
