I went after being referred, so I had already heard roughly about the cost range, atmosphere, etc., so rather than saying I had no expectations, I went in with a general idea, but it was more than that. I’m an introvert, so being alone in the consultation room with just one other person feels very burdensome, but maybe the consultant sensed that, because she guided things so I could ask questions as comfortably as possible, and thanks to that I was able to have the consultation with the director without being intimidated. The director’s diction? I guess that’s what you’d call it? Everything was clear and easy to hear, and they spoke very refreshingly, so I liked it
