I went after being referred, so I had already roughly heard about the price range, atmosphere, etc. Rather than saying I didn’t have expectations, I went in with a general idea, but it was beyond that. Since I’m an introvert, being alone together in a consultation room feels very burdensome, but maybe the consultant sensed that, because she guided me so I could ask questions and talk as comfortably as possible. Thanks to that, I also had the consultation with the director without being intimidated. The director’s diction? I guess you’d call it that. It was very clear, easy to follow, and refreshing, which I liked.
