Clinic review in a community

My eyes are pretty now, so I’m living satisfied with them, but I wanted to correct only the asymmetry a little, so I got a consultation. When I got consultations at other clinics, they recommended epicanthoplasty (they’re already clearly opened to anyone who sees them, so why..?), posterior canthoplasty (why this too..?), and incision, so I looked up reviews and found it was a clinic that basically recommends canthoplasty to everyone who comes in. Here, the doctor seemed really honest and like someone who only performs necessary surgeries. They clearly say eyes that can be done can be done, and eyes that can’t be done can’t be done. To the friend who went for a consultation with me, they said her eyes were already good enough and didn’t need surgery, and that the concern she wanted addressed could not be improved, then sent her back. Unlike other clinics blinded by money, they’re honest. For me too, they only recommended about non-incisional ptosis correction and didn’t bring up anything else. They also held the line exactly the way I wanted. I’m thinking a little about whether to have surgery, so this is a clinic I definitely put on my list.
