I had sedation anesthesia and then local anesthesia, and the surgery itself was done while I was awake! During the surgery, I kept getting up to check the line and then lying back down
Right after the surgery ended, I was extremely swollen (probably because I had an incision plus upper canthoplasty), so I did a lot of cold compresses with the packs the clinic gave me. It hurt quite a lot lol ㅜㅜ After that, when I went to the clinic for follow-up visits, they managed the areas where scar tissue was coming up by giving scar tissue injections, and each time I went, they checked the progress with photos!
Now I’m very satisfied! The asymmetry in the lines was corrected (they said a slight asymmetry was unavoidable because the eyes themselves are shaped unevenly, and I was okay with this amount too). I wanted a natural direction, so I’m very satisfied now! I also love the upper canthoplasty so much because the starting line of the double eyelid came forward without any obvious sign of canthoplasty ㅜㅜ
