I had my nose implant removed here. The director was honest and said no when something couldn't be done, and the tip shape was the best in the reviews. They take good care of you afterward too, and I'm satisfied with the tip. If it drops more from here I don't know, but it feels like something between an operated nose and a natural nose..? They refined the bridge hump, but aside from the bridge looking flatter and broader than before, I'm satisfied...
