I had L-shaped silicone surgery when I was a senior in high school, and at 35 I had show-through in my nose, so I had revision surgery. I live outside Seoul, so back then I had the consultation where I live, and the surgery was done in Apgujeong, Seoul.. It was done with silicone (nasal bridge) and donated costal cartilage (nasal tip), but the foreign-body sensation was really so~~~~ severe that I just endured it.. But I already had rhinitis, and the rhinitis got much worse too. It’s been a year and a half since surgery, and I think there is show-through as well. My skin is thin, but I think they made it too excessive I guess once you touch your nose with surgery, you have to keep doing it
