The time with the manager is short, and after the director's consultation, the manager explains the cost and aftercare-related details. The director's consultation is long. There's no sales pitch at all, and he explains things well when you have questions. The staff also don't have especially warm voices or expressions, but that doesn't feel unpleasant either. The whole hospital has a kind of blunt atmosphere. They don't force surgery, and I even saw them turn some clients away by saying things like certain problems can't be solved with surgery or that they wouldn't be satisfied otherwise. In any case, I felt it was a trustworthy hospital. But these days there are so many hospitals with very friendly staff, so the service side felt a bit lacking..
